Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Equans are looking for a Mobile Cleaning  Supervisor to join our team based out of Woolwich Crown Court  and the surrounding areas on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,917 depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

As a Mobile facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract.

This role will support the Area Facilities Manager in achieving the business objectives, whilst ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with health, safety and compliance guidelines, and procedures.

This will be a mobile multi-site role covering between 15-20 historical & interesting building with approximately 20 direct line reports.

Candidate must obtain CTC level of clearance before they are able to start. This requires that the candidate must have lived in the UK continuously for 10 years and pass the CTC vetting requirement.

Equans is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team in University of Essex, CO4 3ZH on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,028.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.00 - 1700

What will you deliver?

To deliver a range of customer-focused facilities support and premises services, in accordance with agreed service standards and user requirements with a principal focus on Waste Services. The core duty of the role is to ensure waste is removed regularly from Student Residences, manage the flow of waste to prevent build up between collections and to clean ancillary and external areas.

Part Time Afternoon Cleaner

Equans is looking for a Part time Evening Cleaner to join our team in Watford Tribunal, Radius House, 51 Clarendon Rd, WD17 1HP on a permanent basis working 12.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.44 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 16:00 to 18.30

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.

These checks typically include:

• Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.
• Employment History (past 3 years): Any gaps will require HMRC statements for the period in question.
• Right to Work Status in the UK: Citizenship or valid share code.
• Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.
