Equans is looking for Part time Cleaners to join our team in HMCTS Blackwood Court Newport NP12 1NY on a permanent basis. This is a part-time vacancies working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.50 per hour.

What will you deliver?

Part-time Afternoon Cleaner

EQUANS are recruiting for an Part-time Afternoon Cleaner to be based in The Rose School, Burnley BB11 4DT . This is a permanent part-time role working 12.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £6,773 per year, and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

The cleaner will maintain a high standard of cleanliness at the premises.

Carry out routine and none routine specified tasks to prescribed standards as instructed by the cleaning supervisor or other authorised persons.
Use cleaning materials and operate power cleaning equipment in a safe and economic manner and in accordance with their safe instructions for use.
Ensure the safety of the allocated areas on completion of the cleaning tasks including switching off lights and heating to conserve energy.
The Cleaner will undertake training as necessary to maintain the requirements of the service.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 06.00 to 09:00am

What will you deliver?

To work under the direction of onsite Working Supervisor and/or Facilities Supervisors. The
Cleaner provides a clean, safe and hygienic environment for the public, staff and visitors
of the HMCTS. Endeavouring at all times to ensure a high quality service while
respecting end user rights to privacy and confidentiality.

To undertake maintenance of floors, including mopping, polishing and scrubbing. This will, on occasion, include the use of industrial cleaning equipment which will include a ‘sit-on’ vacuum cleaner or scrubber.
To be responsible for vacuum cleaning and carpet water extraction cleaning.
Undertake cleaning of sanitary areas.
Undertake the cleaning of Public Areas, including public toilets. This will include the use of steam cleaners for the toilet areas.
Responsible for the segregation, removal and disposal of waste.

Part-time Afternoon Cleaner

We have 2 x School Cleaner positions available.

15 hours a week 3:30pm to 6:30pm

The Cleaner will provide a clean, safe and hygienic environment for the public, staff and visitors

of the Birmingham schools. Endeavouring at all times to ensure a high quality service while

1. To undertake cleaning tasks, both planned and reactive, throughout the building to the required standard using correct cleaning materials, equipment and methods.
