Equans is looking for a Performance Manager to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
Reporting to the Anchor repairs property services and Operations Manager. The Performance Manager will have responsibility for overseeing and managing the Anchor Repair call centre and planning help desk that delivers repairs to Anchor occupied properties and communal areas to sheltered, retirement and care home customers over the age of 55.
The position is to oversee the production, monitoring, and management of internal and external KPI’s data and reports to maximize the operational and contractual performance of the contract.
The role requires close collaboration, co-ordination, and communication with all stake holders, especially the Equans Contract Managers and Site Managers, along with the Anchor Surveyors, Customers, operatives and sub-contractors.
What will you deliver?
- To manage and oversee the Anchor Repair call centre and planning help desk ensuring daily tasks are completed in line with contract requirements via the MRI Maintain Dashboard targets.
- To oversee the planning function of the contract ensuring that the most efficient plans are produced in conjunction with the Site Manager via a repair day for mail merge distribution to locations for appointment confirmation
- Ensuring that all responsive orders are appropriately categorised in accordance with the Anchor Responsive Repair priority classification.
- Managing staff holidays/sickness within the team, making sure enough cover is always available to ensure service is maintained
- Be the escalation point for the Call Centre and planning team on daily operational issues.
- Working closely with sub-contractors and directly employed operatives to ensure that all maintenance tasks required under the contract are completed within contractual timescales.
- Production of accurate weekly dashboard reports from our EQUANS Management Systems for weekly Anchor surveyor meeting and Monthly Core Groups providing mitigation where applicable against failed completion targets.

Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience of managing a team of planners/administrators

- Experience of managing maintenance and service programmes
- Strong ICT skills including experience of hand-held technology
- Strong staff management skills
- Experience of managing sub-contracted supply chains
- Good understanding and appreciation of effective customer care
- Good standard of record keeping and administration
