EQUANS is looking for a Site Administrator to join our team in Slough. This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised and has solid experience in an administration environment, if you have worked in a construction company before this would be beneficial but not essential.

What will you deliver?
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the relevant department and as required whilst organising and supervising all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the site.
- Working alongside refurbishment team on social housing
- Managing and updating systems
- Attending site to get updates from site team
- Updating trackers
- Liaising with residents via phone and email
- General office duties, ordering supplies
- Ensure office filing systems are up to date in line with GDPR / client contracts and modify accordingly
- Be able to utilise knowledge and experience to ensure quick solutions are provided

Who are we looking for?
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of working in the construction industry
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- High level of organisation skills
- Full UK driving license
