Equans is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Coordinator (Nights) to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full time working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,110.50 per annum with an additional shift allowance of £2,610.96 per annum. You will also receive an excellent benefits package.  

This is a key role overseeing the effectiveness of the Helpdesk knowledge and skills ensuring that consistency and quality is maintained. Please note before applying – Working Hours will be on a 4 on 4 off basis between the hours of 9pm and 8am


What will you deliver? 

  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Act as 1st point of escalation for the Helpdesk
  • Lead the team to success
  • Support Team Leader with HR tasks including appraisals, one to ones, team meetings and coaching/training
  • Providing out of office cover for the team leader as required
    Investigate and troubleshoot issues
  • Support the team with call handling for a multi contract fast paced Helpdesk
  • Support the team with live call logging on Internal CAFM system (MAXIMO)
  • Assigning and dispatching to various resources via multiple channels
  • Issue reports to Internal and external clients/Customers using in-house system
  • Provide assistance to support the team to Pro-Actively Monitor and Chase work Orders to completion within the required SLA
  • Regular checks on CAFM (Maximo) to ensure good quality is demonstrated at all times
  • Administration tasks as required by the business

Who are we looking for? 

  • FM Helpdesk experience
  • Experience of working to strict SLAs & KPIs
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail including a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft packages
  • Ability to prioritise is essential
  • Disclosure Scotland (or equivalent) at Basic level. (Equans will fund at verbal offer stage).
