Painter

EQUANS is recruiting for a Painter to be based in Torness Power Station, EH42 1QS. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £38,858.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift: 08:00 to 16:00

Please note this role includes DBS clearance, therefore, ability to pass is essential

• Undertake painting duties and competent in the use of power tools.
• Carry out work safely and efficiently, as directed by Supervisor. 
• Ensure all equipment used is done to comply with company and manufacturer standards.

Who are we looking for?

• Valid Driving License
• Recognised industry painting/decorating qualification
• GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent
• Previous experience in an Industrial field preferred.
• Experience with a variety of building and maintenance tools and machinery
• Intermediate knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
