Equans is looking for a Admin Manager to join our team in Halifax on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary up to £30,000 and benefits package.

The role of Administration Manager is essential to the successful delivery of the Estates services for Equans based at Calderdale Royal Hospital. 

What will you deliver?

  • Oversee the full administrative support to the Contract by assisting with procedures both electronically and manually to include helpdesk, procurement, secretarial and document control for procedures as detailed.
  • Compile and provide reports to Internal and external clients/customers using in-house systems
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant policies and procedures, codes of practice, statutory requirements and ensure professional standards are maintained
  • Lead the Admin team to ensure the help desk is run in an effective manner to include co-ordination and dispatch of works requests to incur minimal financial penalties in accordance with the requirements of the Concession/Project Agreement.
  • Ensure all staff are trained and aware of their health and safety responsibilities in accordance with statutory, NHS and Trust guidelines and the Company’s Safety-First culture.
  • Undertake any relevant training to develop the post in line with the changing needs of the service provision and the business.

Who are we looking for?

  • Management experience of a small team including 121’s, coaching and developing
  • Experience of a similar FM Admin role
  • Good people skills with the ability to deal with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience of CAFM systems
  • Previous experience of procurement systems (COUPA/ SAP )
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to identify issues quickly and find an effective resolution
  • Manage multiple customer inquiries without compromising quality 
  • Effective time management
