Facilities Assistant

Equans is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team in University of Essex, CO4 3ZH on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,028.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.00 – 1700

What will you deliver?

To deliver a range of customer-focused facilities support and premises services, in accordance with agreed service standards and user requirements with a principal focus on Waste Services. The core duty of the role is to ensure waste is removed regularly from Student Residences, manage the flow of waste to prevent build up between collections and to clean ancillary and external areas.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in a Facilities role.
• Demonstrable experience of dealing with waste and cleaning with an understanding of COSHH
• Demonstrable experience of customer facing facilities management services
