Cleaning Supervisor

Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team working on multiple sites including Aylesbury Crown Court, Walton St, Aylesbury HP21 7FT and the surrounding areas on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a annual salary of £26.000 to £27,000 depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 1hr Lunch 

What will you deliver?

As a Facilities Supervisor/Cleaning supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract. 

This will be a mobile role covering multiple sites. A company vehicle will be provided therefore a full clean driving licence (valid within the UK) is essential. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential

Who are we looking for? 

Experience of Industry/public services (essential)

Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations. (essential)

COSHH Knowledge

Understand basic Health and safety principles.

Ability to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning.

Good communication and customer care skills

Team Player demonstrating a proactive approach.

Basic knowledge on I.T and Microsoft office systems.
