Mobile Handyperson

Equans is looking for a Mobile Handyperson to join our team in Southern Water, Hastings, TN38 8AY on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £29,499-£31,500 dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• To work closely with the Southern Water Helpdesk to deliver high working standards and safe maintenance practices in the delivery of the TFM (Total Facilities Management) services.

• To provide support and expertise to assist the helpdesk team and operational team.

• To supervise works carried out by specialist sub contractors, reporting anomalies to the operational leads.

• Work with operational leads to identify opportunities to self deliver subcontracted maintenance activities.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in a previous or similar role in a professional Facilities Management environment – essential
• Understanding of the FM industry
• Working in a fast pace, high profile, critical environment
• Communicate at all levels with specialists and non-specialists
