Equans is looking for a Contract Supervisor to join our team in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Experience in multi-skilled, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
  • Team Leadership Skills and experience and able to Prioritise and work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
  • Familiar with industry H&S Standards
  • Safe Supervision of all personnel including the Management of Specialist Sub-Contractors
  • Prepare and check all task related Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH
  • Ability to provide Technical Assistance to other Engineers and Mentor as appropriate.
  • Experience and knowledge of CAFM systems.
  • Manage and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance [PPM] and Reactive Repairs
  • Maintain all Compliance Records and Certification to the standard required by Legislation.
  • Ensure all jobs are prepared for invoicing correctly and timeously.
  • Manage WIP (Work in Progress)
  • Deliver customer satisfaction in accordance with the agreed KPI’s mandated under the
  • SLA/Contract
  • Taking appropriate action as required and being prepared for contingencies.
  • Encourage self-development to improve both own performance and that of the team.
  • Recognising their strengths and development needs along with the opportunities available to develop themselves.

Who are we looking for?

  • A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.
  • Ideally IOSH qualified. and asbestos awareness
  • MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
  • First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
  • Computer literate
  • Good communicator with internal Services, the client, other service partners and
  •  
  • Able to deal diplomatically with the client’s demanding personnel.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
