EQUANS is looking for a Mobile Building Engineer to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
We are looking for a Building Engineer to join our team. You will work on multiple sites which belong to our MOPAC (Mayor’s Office for Policing And Crime) contract across London. What will you deliver?
- To carry out general cleaning, rubbish removal, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning and as required. Maintaining internal and external building fabric.
- To carry out routine checks on plant and equipment
- Address any acute internal issues for example blocked drains, toilets, minor spillages, replacement of light bulbs and lamps
- To undertake duties in line with PPM maintenance schedule
- Confidence to work frequently at height
- To assist all trades and through the correct training be able to complete tasks away from your core skills
- Use the PDA in line with Company procedure and policy

Who are we looking for?
- Demonstrable previous experience as a handy-man
- Painting/Decorating/Carpentry/Plumbing/Tiling
- Basic computer knowledge – desirable
- Basic knowledge of heating and air conditioning plant – desirable
- Painting & Decorating qualification – desirable
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment
This role includes a CTC clearance check therefore ability to pass is essential.
