Equans is looking for a Plumber to join our team in Kings Yard, Queen Elizabeth Park, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

We are looking for a Plumber who will be responsible for the technical performance and maintaining Equans and industry standards within the London MOPAC contract, providing guidance to others on site and technical expertise in plumbing systems

What will you deliver?

  • Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance to all building services, heating and Ventilation, hot & cold-water mechanical systems
  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structu
  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
  • Maintain accurate records of all preventative maintenance and repair work carried out
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service on building services systems and boiler systems and fixtures
  • Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes
  • All work to be carried out to the relevant trade standards
  • Administer and complete relevant paperwork for all assignments and forward to the appointed office

Who are we looking for?

  • You will have served a recognized apprenticeship and obtained Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
  • Gas Safe Registration
  • Completed ACOP L8 in Legionella awareness
  • Experience of working within Facilities Management
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
  • You have a full and clean driving licence
  • Experience of customer service and dealing with key stakeholders from client side

You will be required to be cleared to CTC clearance level due to site requirements and this role is dependent on maintaining this level of clearance
