PPM Compliance Coordinator

EQUANS is looking for a PPM Compliance Coordinator to join our team based in Stratford, London on a temporary basis (3 Months). This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

 

Reporting to the ARL Business Improvement & Performance Manager, you must be focused on customer care with a “can do” attitude with the flexibility and adaptability to be a team member in a changing business environment. Experience of working within a high profile, customer focused environment in addition to demonstrating commercial and financial awareness.

What will you deliver? 

  • Providing a link between the Operations and Helpdesk team, being the main point of contact for all PPM task related issues
  • Alignment of Inhouse and subcontractors for delivery of PPM activities including collation of reports and corrective actions
  • Ensure PPM tasks are scheduled and completed on time and all subcontractor administrative actions are completed in a timely manner
  • Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints and compliments
  • Chasing and closing tasks, ensuring we remain within SLA
  • Work proactively to ensure escalated issues are managed professionally and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a continued focus on process improvement, establishing best practise and sharing information with the wider team to ensure consistency
  • Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
  • Ensuring that major incidents are escalated and communicated appropriately to the relevant individual
  • Weekly meeting with the client to keep them up to date of statues of statutory PPM and remedials.

Administrator

EQUANS is looking for an Administrator to join our team based in Stratford, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

 

The role of the Administrator is to assist in ensuring the smooth running and operation of the Pan Arriva Contract. Keeping up to date with all files, correspondence, invoicing, PPM and KPI duties etc. Your role will be to provide administrative support covering finance, purchasing, maintenance and general support to the Op’s teams as and when required. 

This role is integral to the delivery of the contract, adhering to SLAs/KPIs.

Monday to Friday various start times to cover 8am – 5pm office hours, with a 1-hour lunch break.

What will you deliver? 

  • Raise Purchase Orders & Receipt Orders in Coupa (Reactive) 
  • Keep relationship with Suppliers and Sub-contractors
  • Update and maintain SharePoint documentation and records
  • Provide back-up support for Helpdesk as required to support business needs
  • System and Process Training
  • Auditing of CAFM system
  • Raising purchase orders in COUPA and necessary reports, ensuring all supplier invoices are accurately and efficiently processed in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Respond and action emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and generate documentation and reports for Management and/or the clients as requested
  • Provide back-up support for Operations, Office and Senior Managers as required to support business needs
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties commensurate with grade
  • All other duties which reasonable falls within the remit of your role.

Performance Analyst

EQUANS is looking for a Performance Analyst to join our team based in Birmingham, B46 on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

We are recruiting for a Performance Analyst to work across the Birmingham Schools Portfolio. We are looking for someone with a strong background in contract performance reporting, data analysis and compliance. You will be responsible for contractual reporting across the contracts with a key focus on deduction analysis across contract KPI’s, SLA’s and service delivery. The key aims of this role are to ensure all reports produced are contractually accurate and produce within the required timescales with trends analysed and presented to Management.

 

What will you deliver? 

  • Production and presentation of monthly contract deduction reports and payment mechanism reports in line with contractual requirements 
  • Proactively monitor KPIs and SLA performance so that any issues are resolved to avoid failure
  • Managing all reporting data against all site KPI’s to feed into month end reporting, including capture of follow-on jobs
  • Carrying out internal ‘stress test’ audits on performance 
  • Undertake trend analysis on KPI data to drive performance improvements

Asbestos Surveyor

Equans is looking for a Asbestos Surveyor to join our team partnership team North East Lincolnshire Council in Grimsby on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary between £33,500 - £35,000 and benefits package.

Equans have identified a great opportunity to introduce a competent Asbestos surveying professional for our Technical Design Team who manage construction works in commercial and domestic properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible to the Technical Design Team manager and assist with the design and delivery of Asbestos annual reinspection programme, management of known Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and the register, support construction projects and will work as part of a group of building surveyors and engineer professionals.

The applicant will be required to develop plans and specifications to support specific GHG construction work. 

What will you deliver?

    • To develop and manage the asbestos annual survey reports and undertake any required sampling to be sent for analytical testing.
    • To review, develop and update programmes of work and maintain building asbestos registers, including management, monitoring and reporting on spend of the yearly budget to undertake the programme of works.
    • To undertake asbestos inspections and surveys of properties and structures throughout the NELC portfolio and work with the various housing teams to produce Asbestos reports prior to construction works commencing on private residencies.
    • To undertake asbestos inspections and surveys on fly tipping across the NELC area as first response prior to the debris being removed.
    • To ensure the management of asbestos across the portfolio is in accordance with established standards.
    • To assist in the delivery of statutory asbestos awareness training for the NELC Contract.
    • To act as Project Leader in administering asbestos removal and statutory compliance contracts. This includes developing specifications, advising on estimated costs and tendering the works.
    • To provide design and technical support to building construction projects. Working with the Project Leads and wider team to provide support, in developing briefs, specifications, scopes of work or any other technical information to contribute to the delivery of asbestos and management of known Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs)

    Knowledge:

  • Maintain the Highway Asset Management Register database on behalf of the Transport & Traffic team.
  • Collate, investigate and provide appropriate responses to public queries and comments.
  • Assist with the preparation of drawings & estimates for work orders.
  • Produce and maintain accurate records of works.
  • Assist with the co-ordination of events on the highway.
  • Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected at this level.

General Overview
