Transport Assistant
Equans is looking for a Transport Assistant to join our team in Grimsby on a permanent basis. This is a part time role working 18.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary up £12,285 depending on skills and experience, plus benefits package.
The post holder will work within Highways and Transport and will be expected to provide support to the Transport Team. The post holder will need to be enthusiastic, committed, have a willingness to learn, provide the ability to respond to the changing demands of the business, be highly organised and have a proven track record in contributing and working within a busy team.
What will you deliver?
- Responsible for dealing with internal and external customers and responding to a broad range of enquiries for transport solutions.
- To provide a welcoming customer service function and maintain a polite and professional manner at all times.
- To take ownership of customer enquiries (including IT systems which hold customer records), and to resolve most telephone and other (e.g. electronic) enquiries for services with minimal assistance.
- To follow existing procedures and processes.
- To communicate with, and deal with enquiries from, the general public and stakeholders.
- Be able to manage difficult situations and be polite and professional if difficult situations arise.
- To conduct best practice research (including undertaking web based internet searches) to allow the Transport Team to conduct bench marking activities.
- To assist with the data collection including undertaking and analysing surveys

Works Co-ordinator - part-time
Equans is looking for a Works Co-ordinator (part-time) to join our team at Southern Water in Worthing, West Sussex on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday, either 09:00 to 13:00 or 13:00 to 17:00 (can be flexible with shift time).
What will you deliver?
- Work closely with all Contract Teams and contractors to ensure all support functions are delivered in a timely and accurate way.

Payroll Team Lead
EQUANS is looking for a Payroll Team Lead to join our team based in Quorum Business Park on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £35,000 - £37,000 per annum, depednant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.

EQUANS is looking for a Site Administrator to join our team! Your head office base is Hatfield, your time will be split between Hatfield and our two sites located at Camden and Barnett. You will be required to drive in between site and the office, therefor we cover expenses for travel to sites.
We are looking for someone with administration experience working in a construction environment. You will be able to pick up new systems quickly with training provided.
In return we offer a full time permanent position, with a salary between £26,000 - £28,000 depending on your skills and experience.

Planner (11 Months Fixed Term Contract)
Equans is looking for a Planner to join our team in Belfast, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Please note you will work one late shift a week from home with the hours being 12pm-8pm.
You will also be on a 1 in 5 Saturday shift 8am-2pm.
Working hours are 8am - 4:15pm or 8:45am - 5pm.

Planner
Equans is looking for a Planner to join our team in Belfast, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Please note you will work one late shift a week from home with the hours being 12pm-8pm.
You will also be on a 1 in 5 Saturday shift 8am-2pm.
Working hours are 8am - 4:15pm or 8:45am - 5pm.
What will you deliver?
- Responsible for the effective scheduling and administration of works within the Regeneration Services team
- This role is critical in ensuring that the workflow of engineers is optimised, client deadlines are met, and that all scheduling activities
- Efficiently schedule appointments using the relevant planning / response system, ensuring that all tasks are allocated and completed within client timescales
- Work closely with clients to meet their specific requirements while ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved consistently
- Develop and maintain productive and efficient work routes for engineers, optimising their time and resources to meet project deadlines
- conduct customer satisfaction surveys and maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new starters as required, ensuring they understand their role and responsibilities

Resident Liaison Officer
Equans is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Haringey. This is a full time, permanent role. On offer is a salary of £26,000 - £31,000 depending on skills and experience, company vehicle and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- To provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Managing the customer/resident journey whilst following the client and company engagement procedures
- To develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, the local community and the Customer Care Department
- Carry out choice events, consultation events and individual consultation with residents regarding future work.
- Carry out individual resident inductions to include – introduction to Equans, the CLO/RLO
process, scope of works, property and personal belongings condition surveys inclusive of photographs for evidence - Complete resident profiling and work with the site management team to implement effective working practices and discuss with the Client’s customer care team where appropriate
- Agree access arrangements with the resident and book appointments to enable the work to their home
- Organise and provide support needs: packing boxes, dust sheets, storage and other facilities
as required and agreed.
