This is what you will do as a Product Owner Integrations

The Product Owner’s mission is, together with the DevOps integrations team to develop the Integration (Mulesoft) platform’s strategy. The integration platform connects all kind of systems and is in the critical path of many business processes.

You will collaborate with the team and the stakeholders to deliver worldwide efficient and good quality of integration flows including maintenance. 

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following activities;

  • Developing the platform vision and performing market surveys​;
  • Developing a good knowledge of platform users / customers and their needs​;
  • Identifying user expectations and the benefits that the platform will bring them​;
  • Defining platform roadmap and carrying out preparatory strategic studies on future versions;
  • Definition and coordination of the platform governance​;
  • Organizing the team to be able to perform intake, build and maintenance of integration flows;
  • Setting priority on business (customer) demand based on transparent guidelines;
  • Contributing to (agile) meetings with the development and support;
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between all stakeholders;
  • Building a strong user-community where best practices can be shared and new ideas discussed​;
  • Develop and maintain the Integration platforms Service Catalog, including pricing.
  • Contribute in further development of the SLS Digital Platforms

Experience

  • 10+ years professional IT and product owner experience;
  • Certification is a plus ( Safe or agile oriented);
  • Experience in a decentralized and/or international company or organization is a plus;
  • Proven experience in a Product Owner role within a Mulesoft Anypoint environment.

M365 Product Owner (M/F) - ANY LOCATION

Summary of the role

As a M365 Product Owner, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions based on Microsoft 365. You will work closely with the internal clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and provide them with the best cloud architecture and services that meet their requirements. You will also collaborate with our internal teams of developers, engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure the quality and delivery of our cloud projects.

Detailed list of missions

  • Design and develop cloud architectures and solutions based on Microsoft 365, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and other services.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for our M365 solutions
  • Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
  • Review and validate the deliverables of the development team and provide feedback
  • Monitor and measure the performance and value of the product and suggest improvements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our clients on cloud migration, adoption, governance, security, and optimization.
  • Conduct cloud assessments, audits, and reviews to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain cloud documentation, diagrams, and best practices.
  • Lead and participate in cloud workshops, trainings, and presentations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices of M365 products and services
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud processes, standards, and methodologies.

Profile for the role

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation, preferably with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in cloud technologies, such as Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and other services.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in cloud migration, adoption, governance, security, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in cloud architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English will be necessary
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure are highly desirable.

Identity Access Management Analyst (M/F) (ANY LOCATION)

Equans is looking for an IAM Functional Analyst to reinforce the IAM team within SLS Digital Workplace (DWP). We are a small yet highly motivated and skilled team of IAM experts responsible for IT2IT IAM services. Together, the team manages and continually improves the global IAM landscape. First to support the day-to-day operations, acting as a 3rd line for our IT partner and Equans stakeholders. Secondly to identify and implement significant improvements to enhance security and satisfaction, while taking part in engaging global projects.

As an IAM Functional Analyst, you are supporting the team by optimizing the IAM service offering and processes related to the day-to-day operations of the Equans IAM stack. You do this in close cooperation with your IAM colleagues and the operational teams of our IT partner located in India. As an analyst you also contribute to the requirement definition, design and implementation of IAM projects by capturing stakeholders evolving business and functional needs.

Through a pro-active and team oriented mindset you are able to integrate in the IAM and SLS DWP teams by communicating your ideas clearly and building on relationships. Your interest/knowledge of IT and problem-solving skills allow you to achieve both individual ambitions and team goals.

Your tasks include:

  • identify and capture business needs to translate them to functional requirements for implementation and improvement of IAM processes and solutions
  • take ownership and maintain global IAM processes and models (e.g. role, governance, onboarding, ...), leveraging team and stakeholder feedback to improve them
  • work together with the IAM teams to produce and maintain functional documentation and training material, and to answer questions from local IT with regards to IAM services
  • help maintain the overall security of the IAM solutions, following the standards and guidelines of the Cybersecurity team and identifying potential security risks and issues
  • participate in small and large IAM projects such as user migrations, carve-in and carve-out projects, ...

What do you need to be successful in this function?

  • bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, IT business management or a related field
  • minimum of 2 years of experience working in IT environments, preferably within an IAM or Cybersecurity team
  • strong communication skills, ability to learn and grow in a corporate and IT environment
  • analytical skills to understand and discuss key ideas, objectives and security principles
  • organizational skills and particular attention to detail, including in capturing information and in writing comprehensive documentation

  • knowledge of IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management (on/off-boarding), identity governance, role & access management (RBAC, ...), Authentication, Authorization and more
  • knowledge/conceptual training on key identity solutions (IDM, IGA, AM, PAM, ...) and top market IAM vendors
  • experience working with IAM teams to maintain business role and/or application catalogues
  • hands-on experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, ...) to create clear documents and presentations

As a plus:

The SLS Digital Workplace (DWP) encompasses the functions of tooling, identity and access management, workplace architecture, workplace services, Microsoft 365, and user adoption

As our IAM specialist, you will:
• Lead activities & initiatives related to Identity and Access Management
• Participate in the definition of Identity Management standards
• Provide expertise to keep identities up to date
• Ensure the security of access to the IS by Equans Group users
• Allow users to access the applications necessary for their activities
• Participate in incident management and evolution

Your main activities will be:
• Participate in the definition of the technical architecture of identity & access management
• Verify and analyze the technical impacts of new solutions and their consistency with the existing architecture
• Participate in the definition of standards with the Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity departments
• Drive the implementation of the Access Management processes
• Be the guarantor of the technical architecture documentation

Your profile:
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, access management process, IAM Skills & tools
• Knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, etc.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and architectures
• Knowledge of information systems components (OS, AD, Identity federation, ADFS, SAML, OAuth2, Kerberos, DNS, PIM, MIM, Azure AD Connect)
• Proficiency in architecture construction methods (TOGAF or others) Further requirements:

We are looking for an IT project management officer to join our SLS Digital Workplace team.

Main responsibilities:

  • You provide oversight on Equans IT projects by maintaining best practices and documenting project status and strategy in one place;
  • You provide Project Management Office support to the IT Program Director and the IT Program Managers, including scope and budget retrievals;
  • You support project team members with documentation tracking, and quality review;
  • You follow-up project execution and consolidate reporting: documentation review, testing, delivery, etc.;
  • You gather data about project progress and producing reports. You get things done. When you need information or help, you seek it out and find it easily within Equans IT;
  • You communicate clearly and precisely. As an important part of the team, you work in harmony with others to achieve goals;
  • You are the Project portal administrator – maintain the project’s SharePoint site and ensure folders are structured well, documents are regularly updated and organized effectively and version control is correctly applied;
  • You interact with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Any other PMO duties as mandated by the IT Program Director.

Your profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a project support or project coordination role;
  • You’re a self-starter with passion for IT project management;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
