Patient Services Team Leader
Equans is looking for a Patient Services Team Leader to join our team in Queen Alexanda Hospital, PO6 3LY on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £24,336 depending on skills and experience and benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Working a two week shift pattern working, every other weekend. Hours 6:00 - 18:00
General Overview:
The Team Leader will be responsible to the Facilities Management Team for the cleanliness of the hospital and the supervision of Ward Housekeepers and Patient Service Assistants.

Who are we looking for?
- Ability to work as part of a team (Essential)
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Essential)
- Basic Health and Safety Certificate (Desirable)
- Supervisory management qualification (Desirable)
- Good general level of education
- Experience of performance management of employees including appraisals
- Experience of working within Hotel & Catering industry and/or Facilities Management sector (Desirable)
- Experience in a supervisory capacity
- Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
