Equans is looking for multiple FLT Driver and Waste Operatives to join our team in Coca-Cola,DA14 5DF on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 42.5 hours per week. On offer is a Salary of £31,161.00 per annum and benefits package.

Monday-Friday 11:00-19:00
1in 3 Saturdays and 1in 3 Sundays 07:00-15:00
What will you deliver?
- Responsible for all basic Health and Safety rules, FLT pre -inspection checks and Balers pre – inspection checks.
- Reporting any near miss, incident, and accident.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Operating plastic and cardboard balers.
- Collecting waste from various waste stations in the CCEP factory.
- Processing waste and correctly segregating waste.
- Correctly storing waste in the designated holding areas and keeping the area tidy.
- Transporting Staff drinks from the Process yard to the Dusmo.
- Keeping the FLT track clean.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to our client.
- Assisting with other duties inside the factory, when need it.

Equans are looking for a Mobile Janitor to join our Team in North Lanarkshire Schools, Bellshill ML4 3LR on a permanent basis. This is a full- time role working 37.5 hours per week. Offer is a salary of £22,347 per annum and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
- The role requires the post holder to carry out the Janitors duties on any North Lanarkshire Schools site as required. The post holder must have a high degree of flexibility as they could be asked to work different shifts on different sites at any time.
- Safe opening and closing of premises, including patrol and inspection through emergency procedures as appropriate the making secure and cleaning up of the premises.
- Liaise with Police in the event of break-in or fire and carrying out of laid down emergency procedures in these circumstances.

Premises Assistant
Equans is looking for a Premises Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis in HM Revenue and Customs, Central London, SW1A 2BQ. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,000 - £28.500 per annum depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative
Equans is looking for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Sandyford Community Fire station, Stoke-on-Trent ST6 5ED on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £26,500.00 per annum and benefits package.
Shift Times:
1st April - 31st October - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 16:00pm
31st October - 29th March Monday - Friday 7:30am - 11:30am with the additional 4 hours been banked for gritting and snow clearance when required.
What will you deliver?
The post holder will be expected to perform a wide range of duties covering all aspects of grounds and gardens maintenance across all stations. Tasks will include, but not be limited to mowing and strimming; weeding and pruning; seasonal planting; general upkeep and tidiness; winter gritting and litter picking. You will have a flexible approach with the ability to plan and manage your own workload, taking into consideration the changing needs of the Fire Service as well as the Community Users and evolving seasonal demands, and be able to carry out all works safely. You will also maintain footpaths, walkways, car parks and other hard standing areas as well as cleaning snow from pedestrian areas and carrying out any necessary repair work.

Multi Site Caretaker
Equans is looking for a Multi Site Caretaker to join our team across Retford Schools, including St Giles School, DN22 7NJ on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £24,903 per annum and benefits package.

Alternating weekly pattern.
Week 1 - 6am to 2:30pm
Week 2 - 10:30am to 7pm
For this role you must undergo a DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.
What will you deliver?
- The role provides support across several education and leisure facilities where EQUANS provide services such as: maintenance; cleaning; porterage; and maintenance of the external site, including preparations for seasonal changes to the outside areas.
- This role expects you to be a key holder and to deliver the full range of caretaking, maintenance, and ad-hoc cleaning duties, with responsibility of securing the site. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills.

Who are we looking for?
• Demonstrate experience of practical maintenance skills, such as joinery, decorating;
• Physically fit, to enable such duties as: manual handling; working at height; mobility around large sites
over various terrains;
• Flexible approach: to provide occasional overtime, weekend cover for lettings and additional school use;
• Consistently wear the uniform, personal protective clothing provided. Be well presented at all times;
• Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) clearance is a prerequisite of the position. EQUANS will take up an enhanced DBS once an offer is made;
• You will need to use your own vehicle to travel between sites, as required, which must have with
Business commuting insurance cover, and a valid driving license in order to claim travel expenses

Caretaker
EQUANS is recruiting for a Caretaker to be based in Sandhill Primary School, Barnsley, S72 0EQ
This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £23,283.00 per annum and benefits package.
Shift times:
Monday to Friday 07:00 till 15:30
Overview:
The role covers all aspects of general site management including litter picking, planned and reactive building maintenance, porterage, security, reception and being a key link between EQUANS and the school.
For this role you must undergo a BS clearance, therefore ability to pass is essential.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:
- A Full UK Driving Licence – Essential.
- Experience required in a trade or similar role – Essential.
- To have excellent customer service skills – Essential.
- Able to prioritise and work independently – Essential.
- Able to use own initiative - Essential.
- H&S experience in terms of manual handling and working at height – Desirable.
- To understand COSHH guidelines and colour coding – Desirable.
