Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in Highfield St Josephs Primary School, Whinfield Way, Rowlands Gill, NE39 2JE on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £23,600 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Split shift 06:30-10:00/ 14:30-18:30.

Essential Criteria: Full UK Valid Driving License

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the school premises with respect to caretaking services, together
with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are

Mobile Site Supervisor/Caretaker

EQUANS is recruiting for a Caretaker in Hollingworth Academy - Cornfield Street Rochdale, OL16 3DR. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,000 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Mon - Fri (6AM - 2PM AND 1PM) - 9PM Alternating Weeks.
 
What you will deliver?

We are seeking a self -motivated, flexible and hardworking individual. The individual must have the ability to travel between the 3 x Rochdale schools and mileage will be compensated and must possess a clean driving licence. The individual will have relevant practical experience and be able to provide cover or assistance for holidays, sickness and other leave as and when required. The caretaker will also be required to cover the site that require additional use; community use; and 3rd party lettings, as the premises need caretaking duties provided as part of the PFI service. Shift patterns will vary based on a 40-hour rotational system, between 06:00am to 22:00pm

Premises Assistant

Equans is looking for a Premises Assistant to join our team in Highbury Grove School, London, N5 2EQ on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,593 per annum and benefits package.

Senior Caretaker/Premises Officer

Equans is looking for a Senior Caretaker to join our team in Greenvale School, London, SE6 1UF on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £34,351.23 and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri - 8 Hours Between 05:30-18:30

What will you deliver?

  • To supervise and coordinate the Premises Officers and Cleaning Supervisor on a day-to-day basis at the school.
  • To support the BYes Management team in the delivery of both of services to Lewisham schools.
  • Providing the day to day supervision of the Premises Officers and cleaning supervisors in providing a proactive and responsive service to the School. To be a point of contact for both teams.
  • To conduct toolbox talks and share communications to both teams.
  • Conduct the yearly Appraisal for the premises team and cleaning supervisors.
  • To ensure statutory compliance checks are being completed and compliance log books are updated accordingly.
  • Mobile maximo management working with the helpdesk administrator on workorder and PPM's, ensure the team complete the tasks within the timelines.

Site Supervisor

EQUANS is recruiting for a Site Supervisor to be based in Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Services, SR5 3QY. This is a permanent full time role role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is salary of £23,111.20 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Times: Monday to Friday 7.30AM - 15:30PM

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of services provided to Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Authority by Equans at any of their PFI Estate.
They will ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with the appropriate schedules and standards.
