Apprentice PPM Co-Ordinator

Equans is looking for an Apprentice PPM Co-ordiantor to join our team in Stoke on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

The Apprentice PPM Co-Ordinator will support the Stoke Schools contract administrative team working specifically on technical and contract admin as part of their own learning journey. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships and ensuring that pro-active communication is maintained whilst learning new skills.

What will you deliver? 

  • Reviewing and maintaining PPM planners in our CAFM system
  • Raising and issuing Purchase Orders to sub-contractors
  • Support and arrange PPM visits across the portfolio
  • Obtain service reports and review prior to upload
  • Corrective work management for PPM remedial works
  • Manage and issue service reports to the client and upload into central filing system
  • Report on statutory compliance including any process management
  • Finance admin proactive management of WIP, approval of Purchase invoices, Applications for payments and sales invoices
  • Communicate effectively with Operational team and Customers where appropriate

Who are we looking for? 

 

  • Previous experience of administration skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, MS Visio, MS project preferred
  • Any previous work experience full or part time in office environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs, including English, Maths, Science
