Apprentice Customer Care Coordinator

EQUANS are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Care Coordinator to be based in Newcastle. This is a fixed term full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

To ensure all complaints and issues are dealt with proficiently and with an acceptable timescale.  To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy and strategy.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prioritise calls into correct response categories
  • Ensure correct internal and external distribution of correspondence
  • Monitor telephone equipment and be fully conversant with all functions of the telephone
  • Support with maintaining internal databases/systems, ensuring effective operation
  • Support with loading all current information onto in databases/ in house systems
  • Support with gathering missing project data by liaising with key site personnel
  • Support the production of weekly & monthly reports for Clients
  • Establish and maintain good Client relationships
  • Liaise with Out of Hours team ensuring all information is current and up to date
  • Support with processing tenant damage claims
