We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Manager to join our Facilities Management team at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role:

  • Reports to the General Manager
  • Responsible for co-ordination of data for monthly performance reporting in line with contractual Performance Monitoring System for all FM services
  • Build effective working relationships with the client, emphasis on customer interface requirements
  • To ensure operational delivery is high quality and compliant with statutory and contractual obligations
  • Responsibility for co-ordination of completion of Controls Assurance and monthly reports, including assessment and audit of associated action plans and targets
  • Able to update systems with O&M and asset data
  • Take the lead in ensuring that all proposed changes to the system are made in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Working 40 hours per week from 08.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility needed

The person:

  • The ideal person will have a strong mathematical background combined with extensive operational knowledge of FM service provision
  • Excellent computer skills including: Microsoft Office, specifically Excel inclusive of formulas
  • Able to problem-solve and work pro-actively to promote efficiencies and improve service delivery
  • Flexible, can-do approach
  • Experience of financial systems and generating associated reports and/or previous experience of CAFM systems is desirable
  • Understanding of performance measures and KPI’s and associated software used to gather and  provide data
  • Excellent customer services skills
