Our planned maintenance teams undertake a varied range of small-scale refurbishment projects, specialising for example, in one-off projects and dispersed housing stock.

Our specialist adaptations team provides flexible tailored solutions for elderly and disabled people including the installation of hoists, rails and ramps; bathroom and bedroom conversions, remodelling of dwellings and installing visual aids.
We complete more than 700 adaptation projects every year for Yorkshire Housing, Newcastle City Council, Leeds Federated Housing Association and Leeds City Council.
Equans is leading UK gas service provider. Our delivery solution includes:
- A three and five star service for domestic gas appliances, including gas safety checks and issuing of landlords gas safety records
- A 24/7/365 fully comprehensive servicing and repairs service
- Maintaining CO detectors and smoke alarms
- Maintain commercial, solid fuel, LPG and oil-fired central heating systems through national subcontractor framework
- Carrying out turn on and tests for voids
- Emergency out of hours service
- Replacement of gas fires, boilers and heating
- Carry out water testing and treatment in accordance with ACoP L8 through our subcontractor partners
Our specialist teams offer an end-to-end solution for void properties.
We complete the clearing, cleaning, repairs and refurbishment of over 10,000 void properties per annum, operating a key-to-key approach, coordinating surveys, security, all works and trades required, certification, EPC’s, detailed property prospectuses and asset data.
