Our security approach is compliant with Security Industry Authority (SIA) standards as well as the Private Security Industry Act 2001, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Data Protection Act, Home Office Security Policy Framework, BS7499, BS7858, BS7958, BS7984 and BS 8517-1:2009.
What we provide
With a zero-harm approach to security, we are focused on providing security services which protect our clients’ people, property and assets; leaving you to get on with your day-to-day operations. We directly employ more than 700 security staff and spend over £2.5m a year on security equipment.
Whether its asset management or permanent on-site manned guarding, we are committed to ensuring the security of everyone who comes into contact with us.
Peace of mind: Your sites will be monitored, both by on-site teams and a highly sophisticated remote security solution. Our highly trained, SIA-licensed controllers maintain a vigilant and proactive supervision of premises across the UK, 24/7 from our National Operations Centre based in Stoke on Trent.
Continuous improvement: Our training regimes, awareness campaigns and industry leading expertise reduced physical interventions and security breaches during contracts with EDF Energy, the Metropolitan Police, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the Department for Work and Pensions.
Reliability: Collaborating with you at every stage of the tendering, mobilisation, transition and operation process of the contract creates a security solution you can rely on. Key Performance Indicators ensure we deliver throughout the duration of our partnership.
Multiskilling: Multi-skilling our security staff means they can provide reception or front-of-house duties, HASAW First Aid, low-level maintenance tasks and H&S monitoring.
