Equans is looking for a Business Improvement Analyst to join the team in Stoke on Trent on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
As a Business Improvement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying inefficiencies, suggesting improvements, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes. Your work will involve collaboration with teams, data analysis, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. You will support the HD Manager and Performance Manager in collating training material for systems and processes. Engaging with HMCTS and internal stakeholders. Work with HMCTS to develop Court Care and the 4S’s and bring the vision to life through identifying and creating solutions to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience. Review the ongoing complaints and CSAT process and create solutions to drive improvements and better feedback in these areas.
We are looking for an individual with extensive experience conducting data collection, analysis, and modelling of business processes. They will be responsible for documenting current processes and identifying gaps and inefficiencies, performing cost-benefit analysis, developing and implementing recommendations and proposals. Measure the success of implementation changes. Knowledge of CAFM system (Maximo) and other systems related to the Helpdesk. The role holder will typically have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mathematics, or a related field, as well as some experience in process improvement, data analysis or project management.
What will you deliver?
- Identify and outline areas for improvement within HMCTS processes
- Create solutions from evidence gathered and implement change
- Gather and analyse data to support decision-making and measure the impact of process improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals
- Analysing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed
- Monitor and evaluate the success of improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting
- Provide recommendations for best practices and continuous improvement efforts

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in business process improvement
- Skilled in the use of Customer Satisfaction tools/measure (NPS/CSAT) and CAFM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
