EQUANS is recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our team in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is salary of £24,647.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: 

Monday to Friday- 7.5hours a day between the hours of 06:30am and 20:00pm 

This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential

What will you deliver?

  • To provide and maintain food & beverage services to customers, and to assist in all general duties including food preparation and cleaning.
  • To assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation in accordance with current food legislation.
  • To prepare and serve food as directed by the Catering Services Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager.
  • To assist the Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager with the day to day running of the site, and carry out general catering duties as directed by the Management team.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous catering experience
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
