EQUANS are recruiting for x3 Wetroom Plumbers to be based in Tyne and Wear. This is a permanent full-time role working 42.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm (30 mins for lunch)
What will you deliver?
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wet rooms in residential and commercial properties managed by the company
- Install complete wet rooms, including waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, basic joinery, patch plastering and fitting fixtures
- Apply waterproof membranes and ensure all surfaces are properly sealed to prevent leaks
- Measure, cut, and fit tiles, ensuring precise alignment and high-quality finishes
- Install and connect plumbing fixtures, such as showers, sinks, and toilets, to ensure proper functionality
- Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks to keep wet rooms in optimal condition
- Participate in the company’s out-of-hours emergency repair rota as required

Who are we looking for?
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing, Tiling, or a related field
- Valid CSCS / JIB card
- Proven experience as a Wet Room Installer or similar role in the construction or repairs and maintenance industry
- Strong skills in waterproofing, tiling, and plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Full UK driving license
