EQUANS is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh on a temporary basis (12 months FTC). This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Reporting to the Business Support & Performance Manager, you will provide a wide range of business support for EQUANS service delivery within the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. To be an integral member of the sites Administration and Reception team delivering all Office Services. To support the delivery of a professional and efficient administrative support to the Office Service in line with the organisation’s goals and values. You must establish and maintain strong relationships with the operational teams and adopt and highlight a collaborative approach to resolving issues.
What will you deliver?
- Provide progressive day- to day processing of PPM’s, Reactive Tasks & Follow-ons.
- Work co-operatively across multiple IT systems in support of our operational teams on site.
- Operate as an integral member of the business support team, ensuring accurate information is produced to strict deadlines and highlighting corrective actions to the relevant operational team.
- Co-ordinate with the Department Managers, Division staff and Equans Staff, delivering effective customer service, providing administrative support and to be an integral part of the team.
- Processing orders, invoices, receipting and billing & cash reconciliation to strict deadlines.
- Undertake reception duties which include Control of contractors via E- Permit system, distribution of visitors PPE & general reception duties.
- Process ID cards.
- General Administration Duties.

Who are we looking for?
- Previous knowledge of CAFM Systems.
- Experience in an Office Environment preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable to change at a high pace.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional communications skills and have the ability to liaise with management and operatives at all levels.
- Good attention to detail.
This role includes a Basic DS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
