Facilities Supervisor

EQUANS is recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor to be based in HML Wheeler Street, Regeneration House, Birmingham, B46 1JU. This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,000 to £31,000 depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

8 hours  a day, 08:00 – 16:00hrs, but may vary due to operational needs.

Working day hours can be between 06:00hrs till 19:30hrs

As the Facilities Supervisor you will organise, manage and monitor the tasks of the caretaking staff and cleaning teams on nominated sites, responding in a timely manner to any issues with the delivery of routine and non-routine caretaking services and provide cover as necessary.

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience of supervising and multi-siting.

• Must pass BPSS security clearance.

• COSHH Knowledge
• BICS training or willing to undertake training within job role.
