Equans is looking for a CAFM Portal Lead to join our team in Stoke on Trent on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.


The CAFM Portal Lead is responsible for managing access to Maximo and Sharepoint for HMCTS, supporting with any access and user issues, and liaising with the Building Champions and HMCTS FM teams to identify improvements in the functionality of the CAFM system. The role will be the main point of contact for all access requests from HMCTS and WTP.

The post holder plays a critical role in identifying client functionality issues with the CAFM system, improving the client end user knowledge of the system, and increasing the use of the self-serve portal to reduce the call and email volumes through the Helpdesk.

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience of CAFM systems, particularly Maximo. The candidate must also have experience of dealing with clients and stakeholders and be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.


What will you deliver?

  • Submit requests through HEAT portal for client access to CAFM system
  • Manage client access to Equans Sharepoint
  • Resolve any access issues to CAFM system e.g. dual authenticator
  • Support HMCTS end user in their knowledge and use of Maximo to increase Self-Service portal use
  • Participate in Building Champion workshops to identify opportunities to improve the functionality of CAFM system
  • Support CAFM Administrator in updates to Maximo
  • Present recommendations to Account Management team on improvements and enhancements required to the CAFM system
  • Identify reporting requirements for uploading onto Sharepoint
