EQUANS is looking for a Regional Manager to join our team covering the Southwest of England on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

The post holder will have responsibility for TFM provision covering circa 40 sites across the overall HMCTS South-West portfolio and be the single point of contact for client escalations.


What will you deliver?


  • Manage 3 Direct Reports, Area FMs, delivering both Hard & Soft Services
  • Managing specialist subcontractors
  • Large scale management of client, people, subcontractors, and assets
  • Strong customer facing skills dealing with high challenge clients and service users
  • Excellent commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs & strong history of successful delivery contracts in financial terms
  • Technical, Finance, Commercial understanding, and awareness
  • Operational delivery of 26 contract KPI’s – meeting SLA
  • Delivery of compliance standards
  • Stakeholder engagement – client and building user – judiciary
  • P&L responsibility of circa £7m annual
  • Supporting delivery of minor works and projects
  • Regular travel across the South-West region
  • Ensuring delivery of services on time and on budget
  • Ensuring services delivered safely and to the Equans values
  • Regular performance reviews
  • Production of client reports & lead client meetings
  • Taking ownership and accountability of regional performance

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in delivering a wide range of self-delivered and subcontracted services on a large scale, multi-site contract
  • Experience in delivering TFM
  • Able to lead and manage a large diverse team whilst occasionally helping the team in the day-to-day duties
  • P&L Responsibility
  • Strong client focus and clear, concise communication skills
  • Excellent commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs & strong history of successfully delivery contracts in financial terms
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with team, clients, support functions and other departments to optimise service levels
  • Working knowledge of Maximo and COUPA
  • All aspects of team management including performance, absence, talent & succession planning
  • H&S Qualification – IOSHH/NEBOSH
