Equans is looking for a Business Support Centre Performance Manager to join our team in Belshill on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Performance Manager will report directly to the Business Services Director. The role holder will be responsible for supporting a variety of PFI contracts and working to minimise the risk of financial deductions

What will you deliver?

  • Leadership of team who will jeopardy manage all reactive work order requests, acting as the interface between the helpdesk, contract and site teams and service partners.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors and in house operatives to confirm attendance details for all works raised and ensure appropriate reports are received and work orders closed with accurate date/times. Hold regular meetings/calls with relevant teams to ensure a consistent and expected level of service delivery is being achieved and implement improvements where required.
  • Maintenance and management of CAFM system data inputting, ensuring accurate recording, population, and distribution of work orders.
  • Produce analytical data reports on reactive Work Order performance.
  • Produce routine reports/presentations/statistical data for the contract management team and Business Support Centre to assist with the effective management of the contract.
  • Supporting the management and mitigation of risks at all levels (operational, financial, commercial, technical, etc)
  • Working in collaboration with the commercial team; supporting and contributing to paymech reports in readiness for submission within monthly reporting packs.
  • Support BSC Managers with performance improvement opportunities
  • Review and understanding of commercial contracts.
  • Supporting the Business Services Director in the satisfaction of contract and company objectives.
  • Dealing reactively in mitigation key risk areas as they arise and providing support to Finance and Operations to resolve in a timely manner

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to ensuring the contacts deliver from a commercial (financial, risk, business continuity) perspective
