EQUANS is looking for an Office Services Administrator to join our team based in Heysham Nuclear PowerStation  on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 


The role holder will be an integral member of the Office Administration and reception support team delivering all Office Services. To support the delivery of a professional and efficient administrative support to the Office Service in line with the organisation’s goals and values.

What will you deliver? 

  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Absence management – Process return to works
  • Carry out Security clearance for all Equans staff and contractors
  • Payroll – Process timesheets and submit
  • Process Holiday sheets
  • Using the photocopier and Scanning of documentation
  • General filing
  • Monitor and maintain Working Time directive
  • D&A Testing
  • Subcontractor compliance monitoring
  • Labour inputting into Maximo
  • Staff training and Vetting procedure for Security site access clearance
  • Ordering of skips and maintaining database
  • Updating SAP (absence, expenses).

  • Able to provide a professional, high-quality service to the Company and the client.
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, and other software packages as appropriate.
  • Be able to prioritise work, and operate to tight deadlines,
  • Plan, organize and monitor several activities at the same time.
  • Good decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent oral and communication skills with internal and external customers, co-workers, and contractors.
  • An excellent team player
