Equans is looking for a Mobile M&E Engineer to join our team in Central London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Report directly to the Contract Manager with responsibility for the delivery of electrical and mechanical works.
  • Carry out PPM tasks and reactive and breakdown works to all M&E systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of Air conditioning, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data.
  • The role will involve the development and maintenance of good working relationships with customer representatives and work in a manner which ensures that all aspects of the service agreement between Equans and the customers are delivered with the requisite levels of professionalism.

Who are we looking for?

  • Formal recognised City and Guilds qualification in electrical or Recognised EITB or CITB apprenticeship or other similar approved training or further education qualifications in an appropriate discipline
  • Proven post qualification experience
  • PASMA & IPAF would be desirable
  • IET 18th edition would be desirable
  • Previous technical experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience of using a CAFM system
  • Team working experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
  • Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management

This role includes a DBS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential.
