Equans is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our Business Development team on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

This role can be based from any Equans office with additional home working

The Campaign Manager role provides support to the Strategic Development Director and the wider business development team to devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring new clients.

What will you deliver?

  • Develop and execute tactical marketing campaigns that target organisations inline with the Sustainable FM Trading Policy and Brand values.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, in particular Central Marketing and Brand teams, to prepare and execute campaigns, measure, and report on their effectiveness.
  • Work with our creative teams to get high quality video and static creative produced for each campaign that cuts through in channel and website.
  • Help create, edit, and proofread copy for materials within campaigns in conjunction with other creative teams.
  • Maximise exposure of campaigns across all relevant channels.
  • Utilise Salesforce to manage lead gen and scoring to develop MQLs through to SQLs.
  • Measure campaigns, track leads, and analyse data to ensure effectiveness and good ROI.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the wider business development team to ensure that campaigns are aligned with target verticals / sectors capable of achieving the business growth targets.

Who are we looking for?

  • Comprehensive understanding and effective use of standard MS Office software packages, Salesforce and LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Demonstrable knowledge of maximising exposure on all digital platforms.
  • Capable of adopting and embedding best practice.
  • Able to work effectively with others at all levels of the business. Encourages inclusive, creative and imaginative idea generation to target future clients.
  • Can work with limited supervision to apply commercial understanding to the development of campaigns.
  • Experience of demanding high standards for delivery, quality and accuracy and maintaining and developing as necessary, quality assured processes
  • Imaginative and creative, especially in the visual presentation
  • Proven experience as a digital marketing campaign manager, ideally within a B2B sales environment
