Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator – to join our Business Support team in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £24,102 per annum and company benefits package.

We are excited to be recruiting for our expanding 24/7 Facilities Helpdesk based in Bellshill due to growing demand. The team resolve customer enquiries via multi-channel communication whilst working to Service level Agreement ensuring the customer is our primary focus.

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the team with call handling for a multi contract fast paced Helpdesk.
  • Assisting GeniePoint drivers / customers with electric vehicle charging queries.
  • Live call logging on Internal CAFM systems (Planon/Maximo/Open CRM).
  • Solving customer problems effectively providing first time resolution.
  •  Assigning and Dispatching to various resources via multiple channels.
  • Working to Service level agreements preventing financial penalties to the business.
  • Being the first point of escalation for complaints/major incidents.
  • Having excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Working effectively within the team and collaborating with the team to achieve their goals.
  • Issuing reports to Internal and external clients/Customers using in-house system.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Administration tasks as required by the business.
  • Ability to work night shift pattern.

Who are we looking for?

  • You should have FM Helpdesk experience.
  • Experience of working to strict SLAs & KPIs.
  • You should possess good Customer Service Skills.
  • Proven excellent attention to detail including a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to prioritise is essential.
