Equans is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Southampton Combined Court, SO15 2XQ on a permanent basis. This is a Part time role working 15 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £8,892 depending on skills and experience.

Shift Patter: Monday to Friday 6am-9am

What will you deliver? 

To provide an effective, responsive cleaning service throughout the concerned HMCTS, ensuring delivery and maintenance of a high standard of cleanliness, which meets the requirement of the HMCTS and the National Standards of Cleanliness.

1. To undertake cleaning tasks, both planned and reactive, throughout the building to the required standard using correct cleaning materials, equipment and methods.

2. To manage the standards to meet our contractual obligations

3. To manage the standards by supporting in self-auditing

4. Responsible for the segregation, removal and disposal of waste.

5. Responsible for reporting incidents requiring pest control and supporting and assisting the cleaning and maintenance tasks involved with pest control.

6. Always comply with Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.

Who are we looking for?

• Health and Safety Level 1
• At least one years’ experience within customer focused environment.
• Current DBS (Ideally no older than 12 months)
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting
• Work early morning or late evening shift patterns
• Ideally BICs trained
• Experience in a lead role
