Equans is recruiting for HIU/Meter Technicians to be based in our Urban Energy team from Kings Yard, London, E15 2GP. These are permanent, full-time roles working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of up to £35k and benefits package.


What will you deliver?

  • Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)
  • Remedial works on the HIU
  • General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders,
  • HIU Maintenance
  • Changing and servicing of water temp sensors etc.
  • Bleeding radiators
  • Replacing Heat Meters
  • Servicing and repair of Chilled interface Units.

Who are we looking for?

  • HIU Maintenance experience (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Honest, reliable, and hard working
  • Plumbing Qualifications and experience
  • Basic Electrical knowledge/qualifications an advantage
  • A positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlines
