Equans is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Woking on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in Electrical & Mechanical engineering to join our team in Woking working on our contract with WWF at The Living Planet Centre. You will be responsible for all PPM & reactive tasks at The Centre and the smooth running of the facility.

What will you deliver? 

  • Carry out maintenance and repairs, Mechanical and Electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment
  • Monitoring BMS and responding to alarms
  • Be a first call response for all multi skilled tasks
  • Carry out a range of plumbing tasks e.g. tap and toilet repairs
  • Carry out a range of multi skilled tasks e.g. painting, patch repairs to plaster and building fabric
  • Carry out installation works involved in minor upgrade and adaptation works

Who are we looking for? 


  • Previous experience of Planned Maintenance, Fabric, Electrical and plumbing works
  • Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in building services
  • Computer Literate, previous experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
